Person-Centered Counselling and Psychotherapy
Sessions supporting adults, couples, families, and children of all ages. Supporting individuals, couples, families, and children through the complexities of their inner and outer worlds. A space where personal challenges can be explored and reflected upon with care, at a pace that feels right—free from judgement and grounded in the belief that every person carries within them the capacity to move toward greater emotional and psychological wellbeing.
Play and Creative Arts Therapy
For young children, play and creative arts are often the most natural language available to them—a way of expressing what words cannot yet hold. But creativity as a means of exploration is not limited to the young. People of all ages find that making, moving, and creating can open up something that talking alone sometimes cannot reach.
Couples, Family, and Relationship Therapy
For couples and families who are looking to strengthen their connections, improve how they communicate, or find healthier ways to navigate conflict, therapy offers a shared space to do that work together. It can also simply be a place to think through life decisions or the quieter, everyday challenges that can feel heavy when carried without support.
Supervision
Supervision is a space for trainee therapists to reflect on their developing practice, a space where they can bring their questions, uncertainties and the weight of early clinical experience without judgment. Sessions are crafted to meet each supervisee exactly where they are in their journey, providing support, guidance, and a grounded presence as the work of becoming a therapist continues to unfold.
Career Mentoring
One-to-one mentoring offering for anyone navigating their way toward a career in therapy. Whether you are still exploring whether this is the right path, weighing up training routes and qualifications, or deciding between working with children, young people, or adults, these are personalized, conversational sessions shaped entirely by where you are and what feels most uncertain.
It is simply a space to think, ask questions, and find your own direction—with someone who has walked a similar path walking alongside you.
Every person who comes to Rafu Therapy arrives with a different set of circumstances, and fees are approached with that in mind. Rather than a fixed structure, fees for all services are discussed individually and are open to conversation based on your personal situation.
If you are unsure which service feels most relevant to you or simply have questions before taking any next step, please do get in touch. You are also welcome to book a free introductory call — a no-obligation, no-pressure space to ask questions, get a sense of how things work, and decide what feels right for you.
There is no cost to that first conversation. Just a chance to find your own way in.
